Hi My Name is Mark accepts refunds and exchanges under certain conditions.
Because of the current state of the Corona Pandemic our warehouse is not accepting returns at this time. We will work with you to make sure a suitable and fair resolution is made.
If you wish to return an item and that return voids your qualification for an ongoing promotion (i.e. Spend $30 and get a Free Gift). We can not accept the return of the Free Gift unless unopened. If opened, your refund will be minus the retail cost of the Free Gift.
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please contact HMNIM at firstname.lastname@example.org to receive a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. This must be done prior to sending back any merchandise. You will receive an email shortly after contacting HMNIM with an address where to send your return.
Any item not in its original condition or damaged will not be eligible for return.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the status of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check with your bank.
Then contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We will do our best to exchange in regards to items that are defective or damaged in some way. If the exchange is for a different size and not our fault we can not issue an exchange. The alternative action is; the original item must be in unused condition and shipping will be at the customer’s expense returned for a refund. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
We always recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate for future merchandise will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will be informed of the return.
