Q: When will my order arrive?A: Due to the Global Pandemic (Covid-19) all shipping, International and Domestic are seeing delays of a few days to even a few months, this is out of our control but we will work with you to make sure your package does eventually arrive safely. If you choose Retail or 1st Class Shipping options, you will not have any tracking or insurance. If your package goes missing, there is no recourse.

UPS Worldwide Expedited - 5 to 10 business days once your order has shipped. Tracking availability.
UPS International Mail Service - Economical delivery to anywhere outside of the U.S. Up to 21 business days once shipped.
Economy Priority Parcel (XPO) - Up to and beyond 30+ business days. Economical delivery once your order has shipped. NO tracking services available.

Q: When will my order ship?
A: Orders placed with HMNIM are processed and shipped typically within 24 hours Monday through Friday. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday are processed on the following Monday. Orders placed after 1pm PST are shipped the following day. Once your order has been placed, delivery times depend on the chosen shipping method.
Q: Does HMNIM ship orders to everywhere in the world?
A: We ship to all 50 States in the U.S. and most places in the world that are accessible by our shipping partners. There are however some countries that we can no longer ship to due to fraud or multiple lost/stolen packages. And if you are some sort of Arctic explorer traveling by sled dogs, we may not be able to reach you, but those are the consequences when one strikes out into the unknown.
Please note, once your order has been placed and confirmed, you are unable to change the shipping address.
Q: What shipping options are available?
A: All U.S. orders placed at www.himynameismark.com will be offered USPS and UPS Mail services. International customers can select from UPS, XPO Mail and International Mail. Orders will ship from our warehouse in San Diego, California, U.S.
Q: How can I find out how much it will cost to ship my order?
A: The easiest way to calculate your shipping costs is by going through the checkout process. We calculate shipping based on weight and the shipping destination.
Q: I'm an International customer, are there additional customs fees that my order might be subject to?
A: Orders shipping outside the continental United States might be subject to additional customs fee payments once they arrive in your country. Because custom fees vary by country and location, HMNIM does not know what your specific fees will be. HMNIM is not responsible for any custom fees or taxes imposed on your shipment by your destination country. These taxes and duties are calculated according to your shipping destination and are not controlled by HMNIM.
